Silver: On-Site Per-Call
Service
vOur Per-Call Silver
Option is on based on a standard rate of $64.00 per hour which begins at
technicians time of arrival on-site to time of job completion. Arrival time
and completion time will be clearly noted on service ticket/invoice.
vIf the service requires that the
unit be brought back to technician's work address for evaluation and or service,
only the actual time devoted to the repair will be billed. Actual time
spent on the unit will be clearly documented on the ticket/invoice. All
replacement parts will be purchased by the unit's owner. ABCIS&A
does not maintain replacement parts on-hand; therefore, all replacement parts
will have to be purchased before repair can begin, by the units owner.
vWe only bill for service,
not parts, therefore, no sales tax will be charged by ABCIS&A to the
units owner. All sales tax collections for part/s replacement are the
owners responsibility including the purchase of the replacement parts. The
service technician will notify the owner before actual repair to the unit, of
the needed part/s and will provide manufacturer and or suggested replacement
part information to assist the owner in acquiring the needed part/s.
vIf a part is purchased by
ABCIS&A on behalf of the units owner, the sales tax will be paid to the
vendor by ABCIS&A at time of purchase and the units owner will be billed
for the part's amount plus tax and shipping costs only. No extra fee will
be attached to the parts price over the actual amount charged ABCIS&A.
The invoice for the replacement part, provided to ABCIS&A by the vendor,
will be attached to ABCIS&A's ticket/invoice for the owner for warranty
purposes.
vManufacturer/Vendor warranties
apply to replacement parts, not ABCIS&A's. ABCIS&A is
not responsible for defective replacement parts therefore we suggest that
replacement parts are acquired through a reputable supplier either locally or
on-line. Buyer Beware: "The cheapest price is not normally the
most reliable and many times an original manufacturer replacement is not the
wisest or currently available". All suggested replacement parts
will either meet or exceed the unit manufacture's recommendations and
requirements (as long as documentation still exist for the unit to be
repaired).
Gold-Contract
Service (Monthly)
vOur Gold Service options is
identical to the Silver Plan option with the exception of a pre-negotiated
agreed upon hourly service rate, usually at a discount, for a set time
period to be not less than three months.
Platinum-Contract
Service (Yearly)
vOur Platinum Service options
is identical to the Gold Plan option with the exception of a pre-negotiated
agreed upon hourly service rate, usually at a discount, for a set time
period to be not less than one year.
